Privacy

Travel Stories Memories respects your privacy.

Notice date: November 6, 2026

Travel Stories Memories LLC is responsible for the information described in this notice, including information collected through Travel Stories Memories and its TSM Strategy business. This notice applies to the Travel Stories Memories website and the TSM Strategy application. For privacy questions, email [email protected] in Palm Beach County, Florida, United States.

Online terms and engagement signatures

When you review and accept engagement terms or sign an engagement agreement online, we keep the exact document and version, your name, role, account email, acknowledgment and signature time, and the Privacy Notice version you acknowledged. Where available, we also record the request IP address for security and acceptance evidence. These records help us identify who accepted which terms, provide a retained copy and administer the engagement. Acknowledging this Privacy Notice is separate from accepting or signing the agreement and does not subscribe you to marketing. Agreement and signature records follow the client-record retention rules below.

Website inquiries and updates

The website forms ask for your name, contact details, organization, location, the reason you are reaching out and your message so we can respond. The book list and Stay connected ask for your name and email address so we can send book updates, early excerpts, a link when the book is available to order and occasional news. Joining a list is not a purchase or reservation. Each submission is stored in our application database and in our customer-relationship system, together with the form it came from and, where available, the source of your visit. You stay on a list until you unsubscribe; every list email includes an unsubscribe link.

TSM Strategy application and Strategy Session

To book a free 30-minute TSM Strategy Session, the booking form asks for your name and email and, if you choose to give them, your business name, website and phone number, together with the time you select and your time zone. We use this information to schedule and hold the session and to send your booking confirmation. We may send a reminder before the session. No preparation is required. This information is stored in our customer-relationship system and, where the application needs it, our application database. Records from earlier call requests, including optional preparation answers, are kept and used as this notice describes. A Strategy Session does not create a confidentiality agreement or a paid engagement; if confidential details need protection before a paid engagement, ask for our Pre-engagement Confidentiality Agreement first. If you become a client, account and engagement records support secure access, questionnaires, communication, agreements, invoices, payment administration and the work covered by your agreement. File collection is available only when the approved secure process is active. Please share only information you are authorized to provide. Do not include passwords, card or bank details, government identifiers, medical records or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Your communication choices

Booking a Strategy Session, sending an inquiry or joining a list gives us permission to respond and to send the service messages you asked for, such as a booking confirmation, a session reminder or a reply. Marketing email is sent only when you tick the optional “Stay connected” box or, if you become a client, where the law permits and you have not asked us to stop. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option, and we honor opt-out requests. Book updates and TSM Strategy communications are managed separately; if you ask us to stop all marketing, we stop for both. We do not send marketing text messages. We may still send replies you requested and necessary service, account or transaction messages.

Providers and what each receives

We use service providers only for the functions needed to operate the website and application, respond to requests, deliver agreed work and keep business records. Supabase stores the application database, sign-in and secure records, including records from earlier call requests, their preparation answers and historical briefs. Vercel hosts the application and website and receives the technical information described below. HighLevel is our customer-relationship system: it holds your contact details, source, preferences, Strategy Session bookings, earlier call preparation answers and historical brief records, runs the booking calendar and its booking form, sends TSM Strategy transactional email and hosts agreements and invoices. Resend sends Travel Stories Memories email, such as book-list and Stay connected confirmations. Booking a Strategy Session does not send information to OpenAI. OpenAI may be used for other work under the safeguards described below; any new use of client information requires an accurate disclosure before release. Stripe processes payments; enter payment details only on the payment provider’s secure page, never in our forms. QuickBooks (Intuit) receives the accounting record of invoices and payments. Microsoft 365 holds business email, calendar invitations, executed agreements and final records. A provider receives information only when it is needed for its function; using one form does not send your information to every provider. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when needed to protect rights and security. In client work we use generative AI and automation tools only when provider terms prohibit model training on submitted content and protect confidentiality; we keep human judgment and review and remain responsible for our work. We do not submit Restricted Data unless your Engagement Terms expressly allow it, and clients may list specific restrictions in their Engagement Terms. Nothing here authorizes recording or transcription without notice to participants.

Cookies and technical information

Hosting and security services may automatically receive IP addresses, device and browser details, timestamps and security logs. The application uses the storage needed for sign-in, secure sessions and protection against repeated submissions. When you arrive from a link with campaign tags or from another site, we note that source (for example “LinkedIn” or “Website”) and store it with your booking, earlier call request or inquiry so we know how people find us; this is not cross-site tracking. The embedded booking calendar is provided by HighLevel and sets its own cookies under HighLevel’s privacy notice. On public pages, Vercel Web Analytics measures page visits and basic technical usage. We exclude the preparation pages of earlier call requests and token-bearing links from analytics. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site advertising tracking. Browser Do Not Track signals do not change these practices. If we add nonessential tracking, we will update this notice and provide any choices required by law before using it. External links, including YouTube and social platforms, lead to services governed by their own privacy notices.

Retention and protection

Strategy Session bookings, earlier call journeys and preparation answers, historical briefs, requests and website inquiries are kept for 24 months after the last activity and then deleted, unless a paid engagement follows, in which case the engagement’s records apply. Book-list and Stay connected sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe; a minimal record of the opt-out is kept so that we honor it. Client, agreement, invoice and accounting records are kept as long as the agreement, tax, legal and accounting duties, security, disputes and preservation holds require. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time; a deletion request does not override a valid preservation obligation. We use reasonable safeguards, and no system is completely secure. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries, where local authorities may have lawful access; we do not promise storage in a particular country.

Requests and changes

Email [email protected] or [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion or a change in communication preferences. We may verify identity and explain lawful limits. Additional rights depend on applicable law. These services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We will update the notice date when practices change and give a prominent website or app notice of material changes; where required, we will contact affected people or obtain permission before a new use.
